Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and shipped. To do so, send us a Whatsapp message with your order ID.
After Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered, as per our Return Policy.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
- Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
- Requests after 7 days will incur reprinting charges.
Eligibility:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Certain products, such as masks, boxers, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items, are non-returnable.
Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, message us in whatsapp or Instagram. We will immediately help you with the orders.

If your area is serviceable, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Otherwise, you may need to self-ship the product to our designated address.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If you cancel your order before shipment, any payments made will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
